What we handle

What we check, in this order
- The symptom, room by roomWhich devices, which rooms, at what times. A fault on every device and a fault on just one do not have the same cause.
- The line and the routerIndicator lights, cables, the phone or fibre socket on the wall. A PC connected to the router by cable shows straight away whether the fault is on the line or in the Wi-Fi.
- Measuring the speedFirst by cable, compared with the speed in your contract, then over Wi-Fi in each room that matters. These figures are the reference for what follows.
- The Wi-Fi itselfPosition of the router, neighbours' channels, the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands, the router's software version, encryption (WPA2 or WPA3).
- The device that won't connectWi-Fi driver, IP address, DNS, saved network, firewall.
- The fixRouter settings, a new position, a cable. If an extra device would help (repeater, access point), you receive the quote first.
- The final checkNew measurements in the same places, then every device reconnected, printer included.

At your home, to measure room by room, for a connection failure or to install equipment. Remotely, while the internet connection still works: settings on a PC, the router or a file share. Travel, town by town: areas and travel.
